Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Information Technician to join our team at Metrowest Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient records, as well as providing administrative support to our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and manage patient charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Prepare and scan medical records, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including answering phones and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software
Work Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, 8 hour day shift, 8am - 4:30pm
