Customer Support Specialist

Morph Management is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customer accounts, you will initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with each of our customers to drive revenue growth and ROI.
Our Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for executing engagement strategies, connecting with potential customer accounts, and educating them on their product inquiries and the added benefits of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to connect with potential customer accounts
- Provide consistent and straightforward customer service as a product expert
- Negotiate inquiries with precision and overturn any additional customer objections
- Participate in ongoing in-house training and development with other entry-level Customer Support Representatives
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged
- Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
- Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations
- Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representatives and customers
