Role Overview

The Bilingual Outpatient Therapist at Health Connect America, INC delivers high-quality mental health services to individuals in need of support. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Services: Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in outreach efforts to promote mental health services and attract new referrals.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with internal and external professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • State-specific licensure requirements (Alabama: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, ALC; Florida: RMHCI; Georgia, Mississippi: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW; North Carolina: associate license as LCSWA or LCMHCA; South Carolina: LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA; Tennessee: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW; Virginia: Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work).
  • Minimum experience working with children and families (varies by state).
