We're headquartered in New York City and offer hybrid NY-based positions. As the Capital Markets Operations Manager, you will use your capital market expertise and quantitative rigor to propose, coordinate, and drive key projects related to research and development of our trading systems.

The Capital Markets team sits at the crossroads of daily business processes and new feature development for our in-house portfolio management, custody, and trading platforms. We'll look to you to be iterative and a successful collaborator, bringing innovation and efficiency to our systems while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.

This role is based out of our NYC office. The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000 annually, depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.

A Day in the Life

  • Help steward our order management and execution systems with oversight and intervention throughout market hours.
  • Identify new trading initiatives and own the project cycle from business case to implementation.
  • Refine and scale business reporting metrics to support rapid expansion across multiple business lines.
  • Maintain cutting-edge awareness of the evolving regulatory environment.
  • Manage existing external counterparty relationships and develop new ones.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in financial services, software, or consulting, contributing to complex system development, analysis, particularly with respect to financial technology products.
  • A passion for capital markets, strong interest in conducting R&D, along with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape.
  • Some experience with project management and demonstrated success in collaborative deliverables.
  • Technical expertise in data manipulation, identifying inefficiencies, implementing practical solutions, and optimizing processes.
