Speech Language Pathologist

At CHSGa, we're seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Dawson Manor Health & Rehab. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct speech therapy patient care and additional support duties as indicated.
- Contribute to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods and accepting new ideas, criticism or advice from others.
- Support activities as introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
- Demonstrate superior customer service through courtesy, consistent follow-up and positive communication.
- Utilize continuing education assistance to achieve targeted quality improvements.
- Provide ongoing collaboration with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management.
- At minimum, possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possess a current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
- Prefer two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent.
