Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions that support students' academic success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document students' progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Therapy Services: Provide therapy services to students in individual or group settings to address their communication needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or eligibility.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
