Key Responsibilities- Provide patient access to systemwide services, identifying customer needs through active listening skills.
- Assist patients, clinical professionals, and the general public with access to healthcare services, performing scheduling and phone support with a focus on customer service.
- May assist customers with systemwide navigation and provide systemwide paging services.
- Ensure data collection entries are accurate and complete, following systemwide registration processes to ensure accuracy.
- Must be 16 years of age with education and/or experience meeting required functional competencies.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Associate's or vocational degree preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of customer service experience required.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently.
