About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring that shelves are clean and well-stocked.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
