At Panera Bread, our Bakers are the backbone of our operation. We're looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Baker. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking all the fresh bread and pastries our cafe needs each day. You'll maintain our high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every item that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake fresh bread and pastries daily
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
  • Step in and support your manager and team

Requirements:
  • Love baking, even if you're a beginner (6 to 8 weeks of training provided)
  • Enjoy both working alone and with a team
  • Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
  • Like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Want to partner with a fun, energized team that can work hard and laugh often
  • Be committed to food safety and health safety
  • Be at least 18 years of age
