Northwestern Memorial Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Neurotrauma team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients with neurological injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and administer comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for patients with neurological injuries.
- Provide expert care to patients with a range of neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy for neurological rehabilitation.
- Physical Therapy License, Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy if graduate before 2002. Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy if graduate after 2002.
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
- Ability to lift/carry weight of up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push/pull with 50 pounds of force.
