About the Role

RUSHKids is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL. As a key member of our pediatric therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary group of clinicians, including PT, OT, Speech, and ABA therapists, to provide high-quality care to our young patients.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy needs, working closely with our licensed physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in facility meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
  • CPR certification required.
