Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Capital Projects team at Texas International Terminals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex capital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in capital projects management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex capital projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work at elevated heights, including using lifts, ladders, and stairs.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Work is done outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
