Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time, on-site role.

This position will be based in our clinic, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8 AM and 6 PM.

As a BCBA, you will engage directly with clients, focusing on developing, implementing, and overseeing personalized treatment plans to deliver exceptional care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and training to Behavior Technicians while remaining actively involved in client care.


Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.
Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Efficiently manage your work hours between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to alternate between clinic and remote work based on current needs and priorities.


Qualifications:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Active AZ LBAProven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.

License/Certification:
BCBA (Required)
