Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Liderar el diseño y la ingeniería de la solución de tratamiento de PFAS, incorporando tecnologías de membrana de última generación.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo ingeniería de procesos, mecánica y eléctrica, fabricación, usuarios finales y partes interesadas, para asegurar una integración y alineación sin fisuras.
  • Identificar e incorporar técnicas de remediación de PFAS, como procesos de oxidación avanzada y métodos de adsorción al proceso de tratamiento con membranas.
  • Desarrollar especificaciones técnicas detalladas, dibujos y documentación para la solución de tratamiento y sus componentes.
  • Gestionar y coordinar actividades de pruebas piloto, analizando resultados y realizando ajustes necesarios para optimizar el proceso de tratamiento.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de la industria, regulaciones y mejores prácticas relevantes durante las fases de diseño e implementación.
  • Proporcionar orientación técnica y apoyo al equipo del proyecto, abordando desafíos de ingeniería complejos y proponiendo soluciones innovadoras.
  • Monitorear y optimizar continuamente el proceso de tratamiento, implementando mejoras y modificaciones según sea necesario.

Calificaciones y Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Ambiental o un campo relacionado.
  • Título de maestría en un campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de 8 años de experiencia en roles de ingeniería, con un fuerte enfoque en tecnologías de membrana, desarrollo de productos, pruebas piloto y diseño de soluciones.
  • Experiencia comprobada en técnicas de remediación de PFAS, procesos de tratamiento de agua y principios de ingeniería ambiental.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, capaz de liderar un equipo diverso.
  • Amplio conocimiento de las normas de la industria, regulaciones y mejores prácticas relevantes.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de traducir requisitos técnicos complejos en soluciones prácticas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de colaborar de manera efectiva con equipos multifuncionales y partes interesadas.
  • Dominio de software de diseño de ingeniería y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en liderar y mentorear equipos de ingeniería.
  • Familiaridad con procesos de adquisición, gestión de proveedores y operaciones de cadena de suministro.
