Qualifications:

  • Entry-level academic Bachelor’s degree positions requiring a solid understanding of principles, technologies, and theories; certifications in specific areas may be necessary, or: Vocationally trained and experienced (semi-) professional roles with extensive knowledge of various processes and systems (GRIP Leveling Core Chart "Operations").
  • 0-2 years of professional experience with foundational knowledge in a technical domain.
  • Work is structured within a related field, gaining expertise through targeted in-house training.
