Position: Vehicle Service Attendant

What You Will Achieve:

  • Transporting clients or customers as needed and assisting them with inquiries, directing them to the right personnel.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and detailing all customer and service vehicles to ensure they meet showroom standards.
  • Handling the pickup and delivery of parts and vehicles as required, along with maintaining vehicle inventory.
  • Keeping the vehicle lot organized and tidy, moving vehicles as instructed to comply with display standards.
  • Performing light cleaning duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of driveways and sidewalks by removing snow and debris.
  • Supporting the service department by tagging customer keys and vehicles, as well as starting vehicles and checking fuel levels bi-weekly.
  • Ensuring the organization of customer vehicles within the service lot.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience are essential.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities are required.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive principles is preferred.
