Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bryant & Stratton College. As a key member of our Admissions Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective students, managing our multi-line telephone system, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage our daily inquiry log to ensure accurate tracking of student inquiries
  • Retrieve and route voice mail messages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Greet and assist visitors to our campus, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate party or department
  • Provide prospective students with information sheets and answer their questions in a knowledgeable and helpful manner
  • Make calls to returning students to provide them with updates and support
  • Support our open house functions and other events as needed
  • Prepare new student acceptance letters and other correspondence as required
  • Support the Admissions and Academic Department in various administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Ability to meet and deal effectively with students and visitors in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all associates
  • Requires good planning, organizing, and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree from an accredited college
