Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through both traditional and digital marketing methods, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative, results-driven environment.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment across departments and optimize customer experiences.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within the home remodeling or construction industry.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Successful Track Record: A track record of successful lead generation and brand development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
