  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and best practices to ensure the safety of personnel and operations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Oversee Drilling Activities: Coordinate and oversee drilling activities, including well control and maintenance, to optimize drilling performance and ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct Equipment Inspections: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, and identify any potential issues or hazards.
  • Collaborate with Rig Personnel: Work closely with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance, share knowledge, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all rig activities, including drilling operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Night Toolpusher, with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.
  • Certifications: Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) and safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
