About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Fort Smith. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from severe injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and quality of life.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
