Job Title: Occupational Therapist Travel Position

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas.
  • One to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
