EEG Pruning Specialist

The EEG Pruning Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and condensing EEG studies for physician review. This position is based in our Houston, TX office site, with occasional remote work allowed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prune ambulatory EEG studies conducted on patients in preparation for physician review.
• Input patient demographics and exam details into predefined reporting templates.
• Verify EEG studies have been imported properly to the server and physician access is assigned.
• Compile list of missing information and notify appropriate personnel.
• Provide expert-level knowledge of EEG pattern recognition and adhere to HIPAA regulations and AMS code of conduct.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the neurodiagnostic field with a high understanding of best practices.
• R.EEGT certification active.
• Recognized as having leadership ability, detail-oriented, effective communication, and delegation skills.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work in an office setting with occasional remote work allowed.
