We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tube Bending Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of tube bending operation, maintenance, programming, setup, and process improvements. The successful candidate will have expertise in tube fabrication using CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment, as well as the ability to make fast and accurate decisions relating to the production process and equipment.

Available Shifts:

Multiple shifts are available, including:
Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm
Monday-Thursday – 3:30pm-2:00am ($1.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00pm-5:30am ($15.00 per hour shift premium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of tube bending operation, maintenance, programming, setup, and process improvements.
• Responsible for tube fabrication using CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment.
• Perform advanced calibration required on laser tube cutting equipment.
• Program parts completely from CAD.
• Knowledge of how GD&T affects parts and the ability to plan and adjust.
