The Residential Services Manager position at Cherished Hearts Private Home Care, LLC is a rewarding opportunity for an individual to make a positive impact in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily direct care, developing and working with your team to ensure the clients' health and safety, independence, and happiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day direction and supervision
  • Managing performance of direct support staff
  • Preparing staff schedules, reviewing electronic time entry, and managing petty cash
  • Ensuring adherence to client-specific Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Attending meetings and supplying reports as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and push, pull, or carry up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable vehicle for transporting individuals served
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer and writing skills
