Coverage Territory

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to cover the Western Chicago Suburbs, including Aurora, Naperville, Elgin, and St. Charles area.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on palliative care
  • Previous experience in hospice, home health, or patient population-specific nursing
  • Minimum one year of Palliative Care services experience preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning
Required Certifications and Licensure

You will need to possess:

  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation
  • Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided
  • Certified by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization
  • Valid CPR certification
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $65.00 per hour.
