Job Description

This freight hauling position involves driving a Class A CDL truck to transport goods and materials from one location to another.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight, while also maintaining accurate records and logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Class A CDL license and at least 9 months of experience in tractor-trailer driving.

You should also be able to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
