KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

WORK SCHEDULE:

Your schedule will consist of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Our establishment operates from 11:00 am to 2:00 am.

YOUR POSITION:

As the Bartending Supervisor - Mixologist, you will maintain a clean and organized bar area while preparing cocktails for our patrons. You will engage guests with your flair as you serve orders and craft delightful beverages. Daily, you will oversee bar inventory and prepare reports to monitor ingredient usage. Your role is crucial to our restaurant's success and to ensuring our customers have a great time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional bartending experience
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, including the ability to prepare classic cocktails and innovative drinks

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Creativity in developing new drink recipes
  • Previous bartender experience is advantageous
  • Bar presentation skills and the ability to entertain guests
