Dynamic Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at PARS Therapy in Fabens, TX.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including multiple major medical plans, spousal insurance, 401k options, PTO, paid training, and an internal awards and recognition program.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work with patients in the home setting, providing evidence-based care and proven interventions to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and meeting patients' needs and goals
- Providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Offering cost-effective treatments to improve clients' motion and mobility
- Reducing the need for medications and providing alternatives to surgery
- Developing care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Creating fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- PTA Certification for the state of TX
- CPR Certification
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
- Multi-disciplinary collaboration for patient care
- Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
