Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) infrastructure to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with Institute and AltaMed staff to ensure data is collected in the correct format and according to schedule.
- Design and deliver evaluation trainings and technical support to AltaMed staff to ensure evaluation is taking place as planned.
- Bachelor's degree in a health care, social services, or public health field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum five years of evaluation and project management experience in the nonprofit and/or health care sectors.
- Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.
