Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team at TPC Network. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and storage.
  • Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized in accordance with local guidelines.
  • Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in food preparation as needed.
  • Set up and break down buffet tables and theme decorations, including ice displays.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Environment

This position requires working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals. The employee must be able to stand for long periods, walk, sit, kneel, and use hands to handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

Physical Demands

The employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds and be able to stand for long periods. The employee must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
