About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Massage Envy Hendersonville. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth through our wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Promote and sell our wellness programs to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services
  • Book clients for future services and discuss additional enhancements and add-on services available based on client need
  • Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations and client need
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience one year minimum
  • Previous experience working in a spa or service industry preferred
  • Previous experience with Meevo preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Understands healthcare privacy and decorum
  • Proactive and takes initiative in their sales role
  • Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills
  • Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests and members
  • Can engage in conversation with everyone they meet
  • Feel confident in their ability to sell memberships and services to our clientele
  • Goal oriented and strive to meet personal sales goals
  • Can stand most of the day and are comfortable being busy
