Job Description
  • This role will be responsible for supporting commercial training needs for both Ardelyx's IBSRELA product.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience and a strong background in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics.
  • Proven communication skills, ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership team and multiple key stakeholders across sales and marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and actual spend against budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life science or business.
  • Strong training experience required.
  • Sales and reimbursement experience strongly preferred.
  • National travel: 40-50% design, training, and facilitation; 30% meetings; 20% field time.
