Key Responsibilities- Assist the Nurse Manager in managing the unit's operations, ensuring seamless patient care and high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Support and develop employees to achieve their full potential, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Take on all responsibilities of the Nurse Manager in their absence, demonstrating leadership and expertise.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the primary state.
- Must apply for licensure in the secondary state within 90 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
