Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Wisconsin Swim Academy. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching swim skills to students and ensuring their safety in and around the water.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs and abilities of each student
  • Ensure the safety of all students and staff members in and around the water
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in education, exercise science, or related field preferred
  • Current lifeguard certification and CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
