Bilingual HR Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Human Resources Representative to join our team at Hire Dynamics. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish
- Assist with the implementation of corporate and local HR initiatives, including training and orientation programs
- Process HR-related forms and worksheets, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Establish and maintain a positive HR presence among operations and staff
- Proactively interact with employees, identify business and people issues, and effectively resolve HR administration problems
- Respond to employee inquiries and questions related to pay, paid time off, scheduling, assignments, complaints, policies, and procedures
- Perform general administrative functions
- At least 6 months of experience in an HR role
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in both English and Spanish
