About the Role

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in construction field management/supervision.
  • Experience in the construction of federal projects is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $125,000 - $175,000, dependent on experience.
  • Bonus structure.
  • Three weeks of paid time off (PTO).
  • Car allowance.
  • $3,000 - $7,000 per diem, dependent on state.
