As an Environmental Intern at ECS Limited, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to our commitment to environmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting sampling and evaluations of soil, groundwater, air, and other environmental materials.
- Observing and accurately documenting field operations.
- Utilizing field screening tools and recording measurements.
- Experience with GIS/GPS technology is advantageous.
- Communicating effectively with contractors, technicians, and project managers on a daily basis.
- Preparing detailed field reports summarizing daily site activities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an environmental emphasis, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in environmental regulations and their implications in the construction industry.
- Ability to provide reliable transportation for job site visits, with mileage reimbursement available.
- Physical capability to carry equipment multiple times daily and occasionally lift up to 85 lbs to waist height.
