CannonDesign is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Leader II to join our team in the Denver office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing client leadership within an office or market to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with targeted clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Lead, engage, and partner with clients on billable project-specific work, fostering strong long-term client relationships, driving successful project outcomes, and financial success, while creating opportunities for future engagements.
- Top Line Growth: Develop new net signed fee opportunities for our markets, practices, and service lines. Lead and actively pursue new target clients, and develop new business with existing clients through the successful implementation of project opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams and engage with the practice to advance the firm, the office, the market, and our services. Work collaboratively within our Single-Firm, Multi-Office culture to advance and support high-performing teams focused on delivering high-quality service and innovative design solutions to our clients.
About Your Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of experience in the S&T Market, preferably working in the A/E/I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $142,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account options, and voluntary insurances.
