Your Role

You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. As a District Sales Manager, you will supervise a team of sales staff and develop effective sales strategies to drive business results.

Key Challenges:

  • Drive sales growth and improve profitability in your assigned district.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of foodservice sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
