**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a District Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of the sales staff assigned to their district. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of foodservice sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
