About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team at CenterWell. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a critical role in solving complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and troubleshooting SQL queries, as well as experience in business intelligence, data analysis, quality, or related fields. Additionally, they will have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and troubleshooting SQL queries
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, quality, or related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data visualization experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other application
  • Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Experience with Medicare contracts and healthcare financial data
  • Cloud solutions experience (Snowflake, Azure, etc.)
