Job Summary

Fusion is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spanish Language Educator to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for providing a student-centered, supportive classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Spanish 1 through Spanish 3 at grade levels 6-12, ensuring a high level of student engagement and academic achievement.
  • Adapt and differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with learning differences and ADHD.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and performance.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and instructional materials.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong subject matter knowledge in Spanish 1 through Spanish 3 at grade levels 6-12.
  • Teaching credentials or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with students with learning differences and ADHD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
