E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associates focus on accurately filling and preparing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging products while ensuring order accuracy before customer pickup. Associates are also responsible for making suitable product substitutions and communicating with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
