PRIMARY ROLE
Deliver exceptional service to patrons seated at the bar while preparing beverage orders for the service team. The bartender must exhibit creativity and expertise in cocktail preparation, as well as educate guests about our offerings and restaurant concept. The bartender is a hospitality expert, dedicated to continually enhancing the guest experience.
Required Qualities:
- 2-5 years of bartending experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Bartender assists the Bar Director in various capacities, including but not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Bar Director on liquor selections for the establishment.
- Providing beverage service during evening hours, assisting guests with selections and offering personalized recommendations.
- Supporting the Bar Director in creating educational resources for FOH staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Staying informed about emerging trends in the restaurant industry through workshops and professional publications.
- Delivering world-class service in accordance with company standards each night.
- Conducting pre-service inventory, including the procurement and organization of liquors and products.
- Managing monthly inventory, handling invoices, and maintaining bar organization.
- Ensure guest satisfaction remains at the highest level.
- Remember names and faces of regular patrons, greeting them personally.
- Adhere to service protocols and effectively communicate the restaurant's concept and philosophy to all guests.
- Assist management with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Guide guests in beverage selections and provide tailored recommendations.
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly and respectfully.
- Support all FOH staff in various service aspects.
- Maintain positive relationships with all suppliers.
- Possess extensive knowledge of cocktails and appropriate pairings for each course.
- Understand the menu and its nuances to assist guests with dietary restrictions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
