**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and functional ability.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and functional ability
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

**Requirements**

* Current state or equivalent compact license
* At least 2 years of recent OT nursing experience
* Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
* 2 current leadership references
* Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
