Insurance Defense Attorney

State Farm is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join its in-house counsel practice. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your trial experience to serve customers and drive business growth. Our office is located in the heart of Dallas, and our hybrid work model allows for a balance of in-office and remote work. You will be responsible for managing a caseload independently, from answer to trial, while providing exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be exceptionally organized, and adept with technology. Insurance Defense experience is desired, with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience being a plus. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas are required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not necessary. New graduates must be in the process of preparing for and taking the Texas bar exam this year. Mock trial/trial advocacy experience is required.
