Position Overview:

The role involves providing comprehensive project management assistance to Project Managers through effective communication, negotiation, scheduling, tracking, document management, and cost forecasting. Collaborate closely with superintendents, foremen, engineers, detailers, and management to ensure the successful delivery of quality and profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the bidding process and the acquisition of new projects.

2. Estimate and negotiate modifications to contracts.

3. Monitor, forecast, and report on labor hours and material expenses.

4. Manage the procurement of major equipment and subcontractors.

5. Oversee and track the delivery of essential equipment and materials.

6. Maintain a thorough understanding of project contracts and specifications.

7. Ensure compliance with document control standards and contractual obligations.

8. Work with field supervisors to organize and schedule project tasks, including the preparation of integrated project schedules.

9. Review and analyze contract drawings and specifications.

10. Prepare work packages for fabrication, including detailed drawing reviews and material take-offs.

11. Uphold compliance with the company’s Safety Program at all job sites.

12. Regular attendance and punctuality are integral to the role.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Foster and maintain client relationships.

2. Enhance and retain knowledge of mechanical systems, including engineering, estimating, construction practices, and financial management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering is preferred.

Licensing and Certifications:

· Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
