We are now seeking a highly skilled Head of Enterprise Security Operations to join our team. This is a key role responsible for the management of our security operations in a high-end area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Direct the Day-to-Day Security Operations: Ensure the safety and security of all residents, employees, visitors, and the property.
  • Lead the Security Team: Schedule and direct the security team in all aspects of security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct Security Assessments: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities through regular security audits.
  • Monitor Surveillance Systems: Ensure effective security monitoring through CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and fire protection systems.
  • Develop and Implement Security Plans: Take an active role in the development and implementation of the property's fire and emergency plan and all related training.
  • Investigate Incidents: Direct, lead, and resolve investigations of accidents, theft, property loss, and other activities of relevant nature.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond properly to all types of emergencies or safety situations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (preferred) or previous experience as Director/Head of Security.
  • 4+ Years of Experience: Working in the Security Industry.
  • Surveillance Technologies: Strong knowledge of surveillance technologies and security systems.
  • Security License: Must have a valid Class D Security License.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Loss Prevention: Demonstrated experience in loss prevention strategies.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
