About the Role

We are seeking a Residential Concierge to join our team at Rapid Response Monitoring in Syracuse, NY. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks, and ensure seamless daily operations in our upscale residential building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
  • Handle packages: Receive, log, and retrieve packages for residents.
  • Address resident complaints and report them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide information on local attractions, dining, and entertainment, as well as coordinate personal shopping and grocery delivery upon request.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping staff to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Develop a network of local contacts and service providers to serve residents.
  • Notify Security of any issues that cannot be resolved immediately.

Benefits:

  • $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience).
  • Full-time position with various hours on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
