We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with our nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, applying current health concepts and performing routine duties to the level of academic competence accomplished in the individual's educational program(s) under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Contribute to the assigned unit nursing team, functioning as a member of the unit.
- Remain abreast of current trends/information in nursing and apply this knowledge/information to practice.
- Attend required unit meetings/classes.
- Apply your knowledge, judgment, and skills as based upon the principles of biological, physiological, behavioral, and sociological sciences.
- Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited school preparing persons to practice as a Registered Nurse and completed at least one academic term which included a clinical component /OR Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Nursing Technician Registered credential.
- Documentation of current clinical competencies from completed Nursing School course work.
- Current BLS certification.
